I. Accepting the Terms

II. Use of the Services

II.1. The Classifieds must be posted in the appropriate category.
II.2. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned.
II.3. IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
II.4. karyati have the right to remove, edit, move or close any user account, classifieds or topic which not respect terms of use.
II.5. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services of karyati (or the servers and networks which are connected to the services).

III. Content

III.1. You understand that all information which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, karyati are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated.
III.2. You agrees that you are solely responsible for any content that you create, transmit or display while using of karyati.
III.3. If you believe that your rights have been violated please notifies karyati.
III.4. Selling non originals items is totally prohibited. Selling copies is considered by the courts as counterfeiting can be punished under Article L. 335-2 paragraph 2 of the Code of intellectual property by two years imprisonment and a 150,000 euros fine.
III.5. You agree not to offer more than one good or service in the same listing.
III.6. You agree not to insert the same listing in multiple categories.
III.7. You agree to suspend an old listing before inserting a new one with the same good or service.

IV. Liability

IV.1. karyati is not liable for any damage or loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, data, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of karyati.
IV.2. karyati does not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services.

V. Personal Information

V.1. "Personal Information" indicates all information that you provide us at the time of your inscription on the site, in your classifieds, an email or a message in a forum.
V.2. As a user, you grant to collection, transfer and storage of your personal information.
V.3. Your personal information will not be revealed at third parties without your agreement.
V.4. You has a general right of access, modify and delete to all your personal data that were collected under your use of karyati services. You can also exercise your request by karyati contact us form or via your karyati account.
V.5. karyati uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above, they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure.
